In the past a neighbour has offered me the use of a small fragmented farm which he inherited but never used. Its mostly cut away bog and all overgrown. He has zero heed on it and would be sound to deal with.
I am in my final year of Glas1 (Twite) although I hear it will roll over another year or so.
There are no maps / herd number etc with this place. I would not stock it unless I had to. Some of the parcels would be adjacent to mine.
I wonder would it be of any advantage or even a possibility for me to lease it and combine with my own big ranch (approx 30 ac)

What do you mean by not stocking? why else would you take it? also do you mean its been offered for free just to tidy up?
