07 Golf, front left parking light not working

    Hello!

    I have the joy of a driving test this week and "Front left Parking Light Not Working" intermittently appears on my dash. Since yesterday there is now a yellow fault symbol, an (!) within a lightblub, this does not come on everytime I drive and I have seen the left parking light on so it can't be the bulb?

    Is this a common issue?  Any ideas how to fix it? Or do I need a garage?

    Have you replaced the bulbs with aftermarket bulbs?

    Replace the faulty bulb.

    Yes they will be able to do it. Some VW cars if the original bulbs were replaced with LED or coloured lighting the car doesn't like them and that error pops up. If the bulbs have never been changed you could try just replacing with new bulb either way.

    Bulb itself will only be a few euro.
