The Pembroke St one recently extended into the building next door. It would be disappointing if that was not a condition of the planning consent but I have no firsthand knowledge.

Pretty sure Temple Bar isnt anyway, been a while since I was in there but remember a few steps and it wasnt wide enough for a wheelchair lift. Ryans of Parkgate St is also upstairs though you can eat in the pub downstairs, though it isnt very spacious for a wheelchair and I dont think there is a wheelchair toilet either.

Best to just ring them so you'll know for sure which one may be accessible.
