Hi, We are looking at renovating a dormer bungalow in Cork city. House is about 80 years old, parts are fine but some changes to layout and updating of other parts are needed. Any recommendations welcome. Don’t want to go for the super slick modern look, so someone who can keep old/subtle features would be great Thanks
