    Hi all,

Looking for a bit of inspiration/guidance about trying to create a sustainable, interesting exercise programme.

Goals are to put on a bit of muscle-weight, currently 11 stone, 5 ft 10. Also would love to improve cardiovascular, not very fit currently.

Aiming to exercise 4 days a week, member of local gym.

Father to toddler and new baby, so exercise has been very sparse since April.

Before then, I loved doing 45-60 minute session in the gym....based around one core compound exercise at the start (4x5); with 3 sets of three exercises, trying to hit the whole body.....they were based around Gaelic Football (given by a buddy of mine), so was kind of tailored for that, so wouldn’t mind something different.

Even if posters mentioned their favourite chest, lower back, calf, etc exercises.

    Any advice/similar experiences/guidance greatly appreciated.
