Hi all, sorry if this has been discussed before but does anyone know whats happening with the proposed 483 home development planned for Blackrock by Kingsbridge Consultancy Ltd? https://www.talkofthetown.ie/483-new-homes-given-the-go-ahead-in-blackrock/ anyone know of a start date for this?

I was told that they aren't looking to actually build them. They are looking to sell the whole plot of land with the planning permission. Please correct me if I am wrong as I would like to know more about this too.
