Bookie wouldnt close my account

    Just had an odd encounter with a live chat customer advisor on a betting site. Just wondering about the legalities of this.
    I wanted to set deposit limits, I got told the company didnt do that. I asked to take a break and got told that if I didnt use the account for 3 months that could happen?????
    Then I asked to close my account, I had to really really push and eventually got an email address to complete the process.
    I took screenshots because it was very weird, anybody ever experienced anything similar?

    Hmm did you lose heavy on the website ?If so they what to keep you around .If you bonus hunt and do some arbitage betting for a few weeks they wont be long closing your account .Just curious which bookie ?
