Sickened seeing favorites being way shorter than they should be?
I'm usually delighted to see a fav that I believe is to short.

I agree, from the point of view that I rarely back favs.

I think the books perhaps shorten them 'artificially' just to get people to lump on, as if it's just a buying money proposition. From that point of view it's sickening.

It's good though if a few others get pushed out where the second or third favs, in an otherwise competitive race end up a point or so bigger. Not today obviously, was about 10s bar.

In fairness I thought the price was fair enough. I didn't have a bet but he only needed to run to the form of any of the races he has run this year to win it. People might not like him as he has fluffed his lines but he has still run to a high level in defeat.
