    I don't understand the citizens information website, part time work, have to be unemployed for four days and Sunday work taken account.

    Can somebody explain all this in simple terms?

    You can work 3 days in any 7 day period. If you work the same 3 days every week this is a non issue. If you rotate days you could get caught out by working wed/thurs/fri on week 1 and mon/tue/wed in week 2 and therefore not get a payment that week cause you worked 5 days in 7 (Wed week 1 to the Tue week 2 being the 7 day period).

    Don't mind the Sunday bit. Sunday is treated the same as every other day of the week. Sundays didn't count years and years ago so maybe that's why that line is there.

    Hope that's simple terms but feel free to clarify anything.
