Omsp query

Thinking of importing a Renault Kangoo from the uk. Prices in Ireland are crazy with astronomical mileage. Have bought motorcycles over there in the past so am well familiar with the whole vrt faff.
From what I can gather vrt is charged at 13.3% of the omsp (open market selling price). On the revenue website they only have the renault master listed. Am I correct in assuming I wont know what revenue decide the omsp (and vrt) until I present the vehicle at the nct centre? I can find the most obscure car or motorbike on their site and have some idea of what they will want off me prior to importation but am a bit stumped on this one.
Also,do I pay the uk vat over there or as Im exporting the van out of the country im not liable?
    Thanks...

Kangoo VRT is €200 as far as I remember as it’s a van and not a car derived van.

Assuming you’re talking about a standard panel van and not a passenger or crewcab version.
