Say an old age pensioner is in employment (Director of company) and has been incorrectly paying PRSI via payroll for 2019 and 2020 to date.
They turned 66 in early 2019.

How can this PRSI be reclaimed for period after turning 66?

    Cheers

yes via SW , not revenue, IIRC you go in through my Gov
Also check age allowance, I missed it for 2 years, got a few shekels back

Here’s the PRSI form. Fill it in and send it off. It’ll take a few weeks but will come through the nominated bank.
