    Hey All

I have a question - If a company A gives a loan to a company B ( not within a group of companies and less than 10% of it's assets), must the company A charge an interest rate of at least 13.5% ?

I found the figure of 13.5% as a specified rate on loans from Revenue website, I could be wrong..

    Any help appreciated.

No, the 13.50 rate is for preferential loans as in loans from the company to employees (normally directors).
