It has been reported that there were protesters across the road from the Convention Centre when Micheál Martin left the building to collect his seals of office from the president on Saturday 27 June.

The protesters were reportedly chanting:

Is anyone aware of who these protesters were, their party etc

Were they observing social distancing? Presumably PBP / AAA / Solidarity / RISE types with a smattering of SF types. The types that don’t understand how democracy works and aren’t good at simple arithmetic.
