Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'll start. Marinated 2 chicken fillets in Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, White Wine vinegar, Olive Oil, paprika, chilli sauce and salt and peppered. Let sit for approx 5 hours in fridge and then placed chicken fillets into pan, cooking in juices. I also added in some hoppy lager while cooking. Result was superb and lovely…

My favourite marinade is Nevan Maguire’s Buttermilk Brine for Turkey. Only get to use it once maybe twice a year though.

A simple one that I use more frequently is just Steak rubbed in Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper. Let the meat sit at room temperature for an hour or two before cooking on a hot griddle.
