I'll start. Marinated 2 chicken fillets in Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, White Wine vinegar, Olive Oil, paprika, chilli sauce and salt and peppered. Let sit for approx 5 hours in fridge and then placed chicken fillets into pan, cooking in juices. I also added in some hoppy lager while cooking. Result was superb and lovely tangy taste.
A simple one that I use more frequently is just Steak rubbed in Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper. Let the meat sit at room temperature for an hour or two before cooking on a hot griddle.
