    Just wondering if anyone has the capability to receive and view this test transmission. If yes can you provide some comments and info? Thanks

    8PSK
    11973 V
    31000 9/10

    Shows here as

    VVC Test Transmission / SES/ATEME

    but I do not have the hardware for it.
