Apologies if this isn't the right place to post this.
My wife has just been approached by a friend of a friend about looking after their 16 month old child for 5 hours a day, 3 times a week.
My wife's first reaction was no but after a couple of days thinking about it, she is warming to the idea.
What would be a fair rate to pay/charge for 15 hours a week?
Thanks for any info with this

I recently got a quote from a childminder of €45 per day, minding baby from 7.30 - 6. I'm based in Kildare. She's registered with Tusla and takes on other kids too. Might give you some direction
