Question about billing and changing provider

    I switched internet provider from Eir, it went live on the 3rd of June. I'm left wondering what do I owe Eir, I tried to get onto their webchat but it's always down.

    Is the rental period 26th May to 25th Jun for the below bill or for the next one? Thanks

    You pay for rental/call packages/broadband one month in advance so Eir should issue you an updated bill for any charges for the period 26th May to 3rd June
