    Are records of historic EAT Determinations. say from the 2000s, available online?


    I vaguely recall being able to search these thorugh an online database some years ago, before the EAT was superseded by the WRC. However I may be mistaken. Googling and going through the WRC's website found nothing.

    Hi CrankyHaus! If you go to the section on the WRC website called "find a decision" you will see on the left there is menu list of search options.

    Click on "Body" - and a list comes up of different bodies such as the EAT or Labour Court.Then click the Q of the "keyword search button Q" near the top of the page. Decisions of the EAT should come up.

    You can also enter a keyword search term such as "dismissal" or ' pregnancy' and it should narrow your search to EAT decisions with these keywords in them.

    Can't believe I missed that.
    Unfortunately it doesn't have EAT determinations prior to 2007.
