Hi, I've been having issues with the above box ever since I bought it a number of years ago.

The main issue was that the sound would not work on my TV. In order to get the sound working I would have to either toggle to a different HDMI input and then back in order to kick start the sound, or plugging out the cable and back in again would do the trick.

I tried various settings on the TV and the Ariva box to get around this but nothing seemed to work and I just put up with it.
Now however, I have a new TV and the same issue is there but none of the previous tricks will work in order to get the sound going.

I've tried more than one HDMI cable so I think that the issue is with the box itself.

    Any ideas?!

    Much appreciated.
