Hi I recently bought a second hand Buffalo rice cooker and just wondering if anyone knows the measurement ratio rice to water, theres no measuring cup with it.

I don’t have a rice cooker, but I have an Instant Pot that I cook rice in. The guidelines say a ratio of 1:1, but I usually go for 1:1.2 ish rice:water. I usually cook either sushi rice or white basmati. It might just be a matter of trial and error for your preference? It’ll also be different for brown rice.

Edit: I found the instruction manual. It says roughly 1:1 ratio.
