    Hi,
I am new to investing (Using DeGiro) and i was just wondering about the taxes i am liable to pay. I've been looking around on the internet for a while and couldn't really find anything. Is there any way to pay tax on EU dividends on the additional incomes page on the revenue site? I could only see UK, US, IE and Canadian. Also do you have to file a tax return on capital gains of less than 1270euro even though there is no tax due? Thanks

Dividends are declared on your Form 12 tax return.

Good question on the CGT, let me check.

    How to calculate CGT
    Note

You must file a return if you have disposed of an asset, even if there is no tax due.
