    A family member bought a tractor (Over 10000 euros) 3 months ago off garage having trouble getting the registration book off him .He saying the previous owner lost the registration book but it said he replied for replacement book and office that do it is closed because of cv19 ? I think he full of sh*t .Do anyone know if offices are ?
    If office are open what best way to deal with him ?
    Been civil so far with him
    The garages is reputable around long time before anyone ask

    It’s the same office that does change of ownership, so story is nonsense,

    Yeah we need put pressure on him ..It not uncommon for old tractor not having a book. But for a tractor that type of money he better get it

    There is another way to get the book. You can go through a process and sign a declaration etc.
    I think the dealer should have to do the legwork here though.

    Yeah definitely he problem need put bit more pressure on him I don't what he playing at like big money for tractor some people ffs

    I googled declaration things looks straightforward enough except I think it would need to be inspected by a dealers. Would that be main dealer for that brand of tractor (as that dealer would be over well over hour drive) But there a other main dealer not same brand of tractor I wonder could he inspected it ?(He only about 20 minutes away)
