Had an engineer out to it 2 weeks ago, it was airlocked so he cleaned it and told us it’s fine now. The thing is when it fires up the smell of burning kerosene in the house is awful. I’ve told them this previously too on their call outs, but they seem uninterested in fixing it. What could it be? I’m not impressed being honest as we bought it from them at considerable expense. It’s out of warranty now but stinks so much I don’t like to use it.
