Was wondering what people think of students' chances of finding employment this summer? Temporary work I mean, not graduates who have finished their degrees. Maybe it's an obvious answer... :(

I'd like to think finding something in Dublin at least would be possible, with most places opening up soon. Unrealistic?

Agree with the above, just keep searching and keep applying!

A lot of people will be in the same boat as you and just not bother job hunting as they think there's no point. Do a job search every day, on multiple job websites, organising by the most recent ads, and be sure to get your CV in good and early. You can but try!

Id imagine retail would be a good bet now, a lot of places will need staff. You can just try.
