    Hey folks,

RSA and Citizens Information don't state this, maybe you can help me.

    - I already have a B (car) full licence for 10 years +
    - I now want to apply for my "BE" (car and trailer) learner permit.
    - I have an appointment setup with the NDLS now that they're open.
    - Do I need an eyesight report?
    - Do I need a medical report?

Anything else to take into consideration?

    Thank you!

You can do this online if you have a PPS card and MyGovID account. You don't need anything else.

Saw that. Don't have MyGovID account, just a PPS. It looks to be easier to get the learner permit from NDLS than actually get a MyGovID account.

If you have a PPS card then you already have a registered phone number, it takes about 10-20 minutes to set up and verify the MyGovID account. Once that's done you can just fly through the NDLS application and it'll be sent out fairly rapidly.
