"Virtual" debit cards that aren't Revolut?

I'm looking for a card that I can top up using my real card and pay for stuff online with, any good alternatives to Revolut?

I don't need a physical card, so something I can just register, get the card details and top up online would be preferable if it exists.

Monzo is used widely in the UK, useful app also. Unsure if it is available in Ireland.

N26 - they're a real bank, but it will do what you describe.
    What's wrong with Revolut?
