My youngest son, aged 22, is looking for direction. He knows he's capable of a lot more than the minimum wage jobs he's working at but can't decide what type of work would bring him a level of contentment. He's prepared to put in the effort of third level or apprenticeship but is anxious about making the wrong decision.
