Use Old Sky Satellite to get Free to Air TV?

I just moved into a new house and the previous occupants have a sky dish attached to the house. The wire coming from it looks like this:

Can I connect this to my TV and get free to air channels like BBC? If so do I need to get some sort of connection to make it fit the TV? And do I use both wires?

Sorry for the questions, I really don't know much about the subject.

You need to say the make of tv and we can check if it has a satellite tuner? You would only use both wires if the tv had 2 sat tuners. And if it has the right connection you just screw it on and tune the sat channels. You are pretty nifty with the camera so post a pic of the tv connections.

say model of tv as well.

Thanks for the reply. The TV I am using is UE40H5000AK but I am likely going to upgrade it to an LG 65UM7450PLA in a few weeks once I am finished moving into the new house.

UE40H5000AK does not have a sat tuner but will pick up saorview if you have an aerial. 65 inch 4K Ultra HD HDR Smart LED TV Freeview Play Freesat HD will pick up sat and saorview. Enjoy the new TV.
