    hello folks,
I have a 1970 international 444. It's only used a tiny bit in the summer to bring home turf. In Shed all winter. Dont know when it was last serviced. I've had it 6 years and have done nothing with it. I am going to service it now. What's a suitable oil for it?

Multi-purpose oil I thinks its 15w30. A 25 litre drum is about €60. Engine filter also needed. Change the fuel filters too. Also may be worth changing the back end oil & filters.

I think they might need a special red hydraulic oil for the back end. What year is it?

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

+1. We have a 454 and the red universal oil goes into the back end.

Old tractors like this you could put basically anything oily into them and they will work fine. universal tractor oil would be perfect for it.
