Standing order charge

    I have been charged for a failed standing order but that shouldnt have happened because there was money in my account. Every fortnight im getting a message to say to lodge money for a direct debit but theres always money in the account so i dont understand why this is happening. Can you please help me and tell me how i can get that charge back too. Thanks.

    To check further on this, you can certainly login www.365online.com select Service Desk then Ask a Question an Advisor can follow up on this for you and look at charge and available balance on the day.
