And then there were two... it’s come down to these two nations that I’d suggest the majority of people in this country would know Sweet Fanny Adams about but boy do they have some beautiful banners. Representing the continents of Africa and Oceania respectively, here are your finalists.

I mean, I vote for Bhutan obviously.

Funny, these two are quite similar efforts - diagonal stripe each, sun thing each, top left being deep blue each. But the Marshall flag holds together better because the other part is blue. So it wins for me.

Which is a stupid reason really, but there ya go

Both similar in style, but the Marshall Islands just looks that bit better.

Partly because I think it's the underdog here, given the vocal support for Marshall Islands in some quarters!
But moreso because I think it successfully does something many other flags don't - it incorporates five different colours and still doesn't feel overbearing or in-your-face. The shapes are simple but geometrically pleasing. No gimmicks, no fanciness, just nice wholesome vexillological goodness.

To be fair Marshall Islands is nice as well (still shouldn't have beaten Bhutan though!).

As I've said repeatedly, Namibia is something you'd find at the Callan car boot sale. Marshall Islands is a flag you'd see waving proudly o'er a government building.

I'm finding it impossible to pick between the two, they're both excellent flags and either would be a deserving winner, probably the best two flags are in the final in my opinion, I'm not as big a fan of Bhutan's as some others here.

I kind of want to vote for Namibia, because it seems to be taking a pasting that it doesn't deserve. Marshall Islands is such a good flag though, simple, meaningful and visually impressive all at the same time. Plus it knocked out the dragon from Bhutan.

So I'm going to go for Marshall Islands.

I'm still sore over Bhutan and Nepal going out, but that's democracy I suppose.

I haven't voted for Marshall in any round so far, but it makes Namibia look quite boring.

You know, I honestly thought going into this final that I’d be casting my vote for Marshall Islands. But seeing the two flags together there I gotta admit Namibia pips it.

Either are worthy winners though.
