Well to be fair the San Marino Grand Prix was really a second Italian GP by another name. It was held in Imola, which is about 75km from San Marino itself. I always enjoyed it though, I'd like to see it back on the calendar.

Ironic as the blue represents a colour that the Jews lost the knowledge to produce.

The crown in the top left corner was added to the flag in 1937 after Liechtenstein found out in the 1936 Summer Olympics that their flag was identical to Haiti's.

The tune was a pretty commonly used one for national anthems of German speaking countries in the 19th century, the likes of Prussia and Switzerland also used it. Now just Liechtenstein and our neighbours with their German royal family still use it.

Quick fact but the tune of God Save the Queen is based on a French anthem called "Grand Dieu Sauve le Roi".

So the Brits are just a bunch of thieving bastards too...put we knew that anyway :P
