Coming down to legal limit on the tyres on my LC, currently have cheap road tyres on.

Jeep does a fair of field work and I have been managing fine with current tyres so far, I am just considering putting a pair of BF Goodrich All terrain tyres on - never had all terrain tyres on before so just wondering are they would the extra €’s?

BFG are worth it for the wear alone. I got 60k miles from my last set on a crew cab. Don't know if the land cruiser would be heavier on them or not.

That’s some mileage to get out of a set of tyres, going by that alone surely worth the price.

Well worth it but on older vehicles make sure tracking and all that stuff is 100%.
Shame to see a half worn pair on some jeeps ruined by wear on one one side only.

I went from 29 PSI to 32 PSI on my Landcruiser Tyres and it help big time with tyre wear. They wear more even now.

I put HIFLY ALL TERRAIN tyres on mine the last time and they seem to be a good enough tyre. Chinese made but the lads in tyre place recommended them.

Oul lads cruiser came with Bridgestones iirc, he got savage mileage out of them. He went to get the same again when but the local Tyre fella hadn't got them in stock but swore by maxtrex so he took them- I doubt he'll get half the mileage out of them .
Wouldnt be doing half the towing nowadays either, if he was they'd be long gone!
