I've noticed these red spots appearing on some of our holly trees, any idea if I should be worried?

I had similar before and enquired in the local garden centre. It looks like a fungal infection called rust. Can be treated with a spray - I think it was roseclear they recommended to me at the time.

(I’m a part-time gardener at best so please don’t take the above as gospel!)

Those holly trees don't get a break.. first winter burn, then blackspot, now potentially rust. Thank you for your response, I appreciate it. Hopefully someone else can verify it :)
