AIB, PTSB and Bank of Ireland give the option to top up via online banking.

Never had any problem using card top from the Vodafone top up page which does not require to be logged in to your Vodafone account so the card details won't be saved. Once the transaction is complete, there's no chance of them re using the card again without it being authorised the next time via the top up webpage.

Be aware that if your plan is activated by top up, any current active balance will be reset.

On the vodafone phone app top up by voucher option is still there.

If you have a voucher then top can be done by dialling 1741 and entering the voucher number. SIM needs to be in a phone to do this.
