Dell, Lenovo and HP would lead the market in this space. Plenty of choice out there. Depends on your budget really.

i got a lenovo ideapad 330s about a year ago for general internetting, still performing well, boots in about 6 seconds...

Recently bought a dell Inspiron 3585. €430 after €70 discount from them.
Ryzen 5, 8gb ram, 256gb ssd. Basic enough, 'plasticy' (if that's a word), but more than enough for everyday use.
