Getting charged by premium MMS/SMS

    Hi my mother is getting charged 30 euro on her gomo bill. A look at her log history The number is 57710. She said she didn't subscribe to any premium service. How does she cancel this subscription?

    Text STOP to 57710 and they should unsubscribe her.

    You could contact whichever company it is that is sending them and ask for a refund. Some are better than others at refunding.

    Thanks i unsubscribed for her. It was a company called Quizems. I will contact them and see what they can do

    Also, maybe contact GoMo and get them to restrict premium MMS/SMS on your mother's phone.
