Leaking kitchen mixer tap.

My kitchen mixer tap is leaking at the rotating joint.
I suspected it might be a worn O ring so I tried to take it apart.
I unscrewed the collar and tried to pull the spout up.
I exposed one O ring but think there may be another below.
The picture attached, shows hows far I could pull it up.
It seems this is as far as it will come up with steady force and I just wanted to see if anyone is familiar with this fitting before I try and use more force to pull it up and out hopefully.
There doesn't seem to be any further notch or groove holding it in, i turned it 360.

    Thanks in advance.
