Just after a bit of advice here if possible.

New extension with an extractor fan vent and a vent for a fan, both exits are beside each other, 3m high beside zinc and close to the neighbours bedroom window meaning the noise going out is sort of amplified.

I really don't want to be a "noisy neighbour" (I'm not) but kinda paranoid about it now when playing music and the like. It is noisy outside and they told me they can hear music and stuff.

Went out over the weekend and stood under the vents and you can really hear everything in the kitchen extension. Whats the best way of dampening this noise so its not so loud outside. I don't want to block them up obviously. One vent is just for air and one is for the extractor fan.
