As per title..looking for a semi decent tablet that will last a while..get regular updates and be easy to navigate coming from someone using an android phone (my mother) I'm saying 300 but 250 would be great...maybe I can use honey and amazon app to get discount? No Idea about tablets so any help appreciated,

    Cheers

*edit ... WI-FI version only would be great thanks

I got a Samsung galaxy tab A as a ‘cheap’ tablet recently and was impressed with it for the price.

    £195

    Only 2GB though

Thanks for the reply... The 2GB might be a dealbreaker but is the screen full HD or whats the story? Amoled or whatever? Don't know much about tablets as we've never had one

    I'm using an 8.0" Samsung SM-P200 with S-pen.
Primarily for e-book and note taking and find it quite good.
3gb ram and 32gb storage with SD slot, decent battery.
Think it cost about €215 delivered.
