Hi any recommendations for asics with arch support ? Have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and feet which normally dont cause me any issue once I stay active. I have found asics good in the past, but on my last visit for new runners the girl recommended I needed ones with arch support ( didnt have my size in stock) . In the last few days my joints are aching again so need to try source on line..any recommendations welcome. Ta

When they talk about arch support, they're really just talking about stability running shoes. There are lots of them out there.. some of the best ones I've had were the Asics Gel Kayano or New Balance 860v7 (not sure if the new versions are as good).
