Honestly there's no point going for mATX over ATX for most case options.

The Meshify C is only 41mm taller than the Meshify C mini, their length & width is the same.

You can just use the cooler that comes with the CPU to save you €40.

That's a very good point, think I'll switch to the regular version of the Meshify C, drop the 212 evo like @Grahamer72 said and get the MSI 5600.

Is everything else in my build okay compatibility wise?

Edit: Oh and switch out the motherboard obviously.

So this is what I've gone for:

I've dropped the 212 evo, changed my motherboard to Aorus B450 and changed my case to Fractal Design Define C. I'm going to keep the XFX GPU, is ther anything else I should change or add in? Maybe some case fans or would I be okay with what I have?

Meshify C thermals do a lot better with extra fans but i'd hold off and see if you're happy with performance with the stock one's.
You can always add later down the line.

Would the thermals be okay in the define C or would I need extra fans?

The same as the mini. Lots of reviews online of the case for you to check out. The Gamers Nexus review shows how the case benefits from putting another fan or two in to help.
