My take on this is publicity about people who are worth hundreds of millions is not relevant to my life.
I would not care if her punched her in the face, or if she hit him with a 2 x 4.

Elbow jab just looks like he misjudged the distance, there's not enough information in that little video to assume he's abusive. Not sure there's anything to report here, other than man awkwardly elbows his wife, and both move on with their lives.
