I see where a poor unfortunate guy in Donegal car lifted.
The last time car was taxed was 11 years ago.
    The Gardai were very harsh??

I’ll say it again - we need a fleet of mobile car crushers. Garda calls, it arrives, crushes the car on the spot and the driver foots the bill. Driver gets to keep the ‘cube’.

    Not sure if serious......?

Not only did the guy get exactly what he deserved, it was LONG overdue. Plus what kind of eejit takes a car with no tax for 11 years out during a time when there's checkpoints everywhere and massive reporting of that fact.

People that stupid shouldn't be on the road in the first place.

Seems very wasteful. Why not confiscate and auction?

We need that about as much as we need this thread.
