    Hi there,

I live on an estate and I trapped a few feral cats last year, got them neutered etc. They have pretty much lived on my decking/in my garden ever since. They all have little houses, and are in relatively good nick. There is one guy who over the last few weeks has started walking funny, back arched, quick movement when he does have to move, otherwise lying down a lot. I have a trap from the vet, but he won't go for it again, after having been caught once before. I'd like to help him, but don't have a hope of catching him without a trap. He's starting to depress me, looking at him every day,and not being able to help him! Any suggestions?

What food are you placing in the trap to try and entice him to enter?

Maybe something really tasty ? Tinned sardines / mackerel?

Whiskas tinned food has been a hugely popular choice for the cats we've trapped. The jelly is like heroin.
