Forum posters are not here to do work on your behalf. This is a discussion forum. Either you start pointing out the merits of shows, or this thread will be locked.

Both programs debuted in 2019 and both try to portray themes like coming of age in different ways. They are entertaining to wach, but I would`t call them very realistic, while Sex Education is more of trying to be a comedy, Euphoria is more trying to be dark and twisted.

    What are your opinions?

Why not a poll on this thread? (instead of external)

Euphoria had Zendaya (The Greatest Showman (2017) ~ Anne Wheeler)
in the lead and got more publicity in the media.

Which drew my Attention to the show and reason to watch.

Sex Education (2019– ) aired in January last year and didn't hear or remember seeing it promoted.
Haven't watched and have no intentions of doing so.

    Sex education, love it.

Not into euphoria at all it was trying too hard to be shocking and I found pretty much every character deeply irritating.

    Sex Education vs Euphoria
Breaking Bad Vs Game of Thrones
My So-Called Life Vs Freaks and Geeks
Buffy the Vampire Slayer Vs Charmed
    Cowboy Bebop VS Star Wars
Daniel Desario (Freaks and Geeks) Vs Jordan Catalano (My So-Called Life)
The Wire vs The Sopranos vs Breaking Bad
Pan's Labyrinth vs Let the Right One In

I hope you're keeping track of the winners, Troyaferd. If it ends up Daniel Desario vs The Wire in the final I won't know who to vote for.

The Wire vs The Sopranos vs Breaking Bad

I can`t remember that I made a thread about them, as far as I know, but thanks for the proposal :)

Because here you can ask only one simply question and I find it much more interesting to ask some more different questions about both Series. Please check out my poll smiley.png

what exactly did you like about it? I thought it was funny here and there, but not very relatable or realistic. Season 1 was a little better, Season 2 felt as it was mostly filler.

Watched the first episode of Sex Education, dreadful crap, guy exposes himself to his entire class mates and that's supposed to be interesting and edgy or something

Have not seen the other one

They're completely different types of show, just both focused on a similar age group. Euphoria is really quite good I thought, bit cliche at times but Zendaya is great as the main character Rue. It's relatable drama in a lot of ways, whereas Sex Education is just fairly mindless comedy escapism.

Interesting, for my part I have never heard of her before.

I think one of the few things it is good at is camera movements and visuals.

It was much promoted actually, especially at Netflix.
