    Ordered April 12th and only dispatched yesterday.

    What irks me is I attempted to cancel half an hour after ordering and it wouldn't let me.

    Semi regularly I think. They definitely do Black Friday although thats quite a while away. Its definitely worthwhile signing up to their site so you get notifications of when codes etc are on offer.

    Ordered a few things from this shower a few weeks ago during the 30% sale. They took the money straight away which was grand as i knew the order might take a while to deliver for obvious reasons.

    Then i checked my bank account the other week and they had refunded me the original amount taken, then the following days the start sending my order bit by bit and charging me for each individual item.

    They then proceeded to tell me a pair of runners and t-shirt i ordered had been cancelled as they were out of stock, this was obviously the reason for the itemised billing then. Honestly an absolute pain in the hole as the runners were the main thing i wanted, shoddy stuff from a company as big as nike.

    Has anyone had a similar experience? Would it be worth my while lodging a complaint with them?

    I had one item cancelled because it was out of stock and im buying very often from nike website. One time they refund me item i didn't returned :). Never had situation like u like charging and refunding and again charging, they must have a big mess there right now.

    I ordered two pairs of kids runners. Charge of circa 20e was pending on my account for days. Then an email saying one item was unavailable and i would be refunded. Then the full pending amount dropped completely. Just a few days back the 2nd item was unavailable so in summary my order was cancelled and nothing charged. Not annoyed, these things happen.

    Really strange few weeks with Nike, Crazy ups and downs.. not sure if im happy or sad writing this review

    So ordered 3 pairs first time around when 25% discount was on, then a week later i saw 30% so ordered another 2.

    Took a few weeks but first 3 pairs arrived, wife wasn't into hers so sent them back and refunded within 2 days.

    I wore my pair on Sunday and Monday (just causual wear) Monday night I noticed rubber coming off the same section on both trainers. So i am sending these back today.

    (all in between as someone pointed out bacause delivery takes so long revolut returns your money and it comes back out again, this happened with both orders)

    Regarding second order, I contacted them 2 weeks ago to cancel one pair, agent said it cant be done its either

    1) wait for delivery notice and they can then cancel the whole order and delivery wont arrive
    2) wait until I get the full order and send the one pair back myself

    So I advised agent not to do anything, a few days ago I get a dispatched on my order (but could not get any tracking details), then the next day I get a refund notice.

    I contacted call centre yesterday and they advised by mistake the agent cancelled it when he saw it dispatched, so they gave me 30% off next order.

    Knock on the door and trainers arrived.

    really strange
