Topped up Eir mobile yesterday - insufficient credit to make calls today?

    I topped up my daughter’s mobile yesterday so she had free calls and broadband for the next 28 days. She received confirmation that the offer had been applied.

    Earlier today she needed to contact me and couldn’t make the call “due to insufficient credit” and she was told to top up. I tried to contact Eir but gave up after two timed out web chats. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Thanks :)

    Yes. The exact same thing happened to my mother. It's impossible to get in contact with them to resolve. I might try going into one of their stores if any are open. Will let you know.
