Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Cancelling an Irish Rail Ticket

    Hi, I have a one way trip Connoly to Mullingar booked for the 30 Apr 20, its the most flexible option and it said I have free cancellation and refund, but what is the latest I can leave it for a refund if restrictions are still in place does anyone know?

    You can cancel up to 90 minutes before the journey as long as you haven't already printed the ticket.

    You can cancel it via the booking site. Go to my account or guest
