Hi, I have a one way trip Connoly to Mullingar booked for the 30 Apr 20, its the most flexible option and it said I have free cancellation and refund, but what is the latest I can leave it for a refund if restrictions are still in place does anyone know?

You can cancel up to 90 minutes before the journey as long as you haven't already printed the ticket.
